Garlock India Private Limited was established in 2007 as EnPro India Private Limited to serve multiple EnPro companies. Garlock manufactured Helicoflex® seals and GGB began producing plain bearings. Both companies halted manufacturing in India in December 2010.
Since then EnPro India Private Limited has become a sales office for both Garlock and GGB. To strengthen the Garlock brand in the country, EnPro India Private Limited was renamed Garlock India Private Limited in June 2011.
Garlock India has 10 employees in applications engineering, sales, logistics and finance. Garlock India also fabricates gaskets and plans to begin local production of EVSP’s and a number of other Garlock products and is a viable competitor in the region.
